Been on the ground floor in private flats is a great aspect for access direct to the gardens and garage, however people walking past could see straight in and there would never be personal space in my home, so with the daylight privacy this film provides, without looking like a commercial building then success, privacy restored.
Of course on a evening i just close my blinds, but they now dont need to be closed all the time and make my home feel like a box.
Bonus: my flat no longer gets cooked by the sun and my new furnature is protected from the sun as the benefits of 40% heat rejection and no UV rays to damage my furnishings and massivly reduced glare.
