We are pleased to announce that Sunshield Window Film has joined Treeapp, supporting tree planting and reforestation projects as part of our ongoing commitment to making a positive contribution to the planet.
Building on What We Already Do
Window film provides a retrofit solution that can improve the performance of suitable existing glazing without automatically requiring complete window replacement.
Our solar control window films are designed to reduce the amount of unwanted solar energy entering through glass. In appropriate applications, this can help create more comfortable internal temperatures and reduce the demand placed on air-conditioning and cooling systems.
But we believe environmental responsibility shouldn't stop with the products we install.
That's why Sunshield Window Film has now chosen to support Treeapp and its tree-planting projects.

John has a longstanding personal interest in encouraging a more peaceful, respectful and responsible world. Alongside his work with Sunshield Window Film, John is a 7th Degree Master in Chang Hon Taekwondo and founder of the ATKDA.
The principles associated with traditional martial arts – including courtesy, integrity, perseverance and self-control – have influenced John's approach both personally and professionally.
For John, looking after the environment is another aspect of that wider responsibility: considering the impact we have today and the world we leave for future generations.
